How do I unpair and reassign the cameras?
To unpair and reassign a camera, please follow the steps below:
1. Turn off all cameras first – Briefly press the power button to wake up the camera, then press and hold it for about 5 seconds until the indicator lights turn off one by one. This will prevent signal interference between the cameras.
2. On the monitor, select your desired channel, tap the SETUP icon, and then select PAIRING to enter pairing mode. A 30‑second countdown will begin.
3. Press the power button on the camera you wish to pair. Once pairing is successful, the live view from that camera will appear automatically.
4. Repeat the same steps to pair the other camera that needs to be reassigned.
Why is one of my cameras having signal issues?
The camera's signal can be disrupted by Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and other signals, and it has difficulty penetrating thick metal. Please keep it as far away as possible from these sources.
Tried moving the camera to a different location to see if the signal improves. Additionally, please try swapping the antenna with that of a working camera to help us determine whether the issue is antenna-related.
If the signal does not improve after the above steps, Please contact us, and we'll take care of it for you.
Why is the image on my screen flickering, as if there's a problem with the camera's signal?
This is most likely not a problem with the camera, but rather a power supply issue with the screen.
Please try using a car charger or a USB power source to see if the problem is with the charging cable. If neither works, try plugging it into another car to see if it works properly.Sometimes, an unstable power supply in the vehicle can cause horizontal lines, ripples, flickering, or even a black screen.
If you are unable to resolve the issue, please contact us.
When using a USB power source, the monitor flickers briefly but won't turn on or stay on. It works fine when using a car charger. What's the problem?
If the USB port is malfunctioning, please contact us, and we will replace it for you as soon as possible.
Why does my camera feed turn pink or purple?
This is most likely caused by the camera's night vision switch. Please try completely covering the camera's light sensor to trigger night vision mode – that should bring it back to normal. Also, avoid placing the camera near a magnet, as this can interfere with night vision.
If it still has issues, please contact us.
My vehicle doesn't support magnetic mounting. Can I attach the camera with screws?
Contact us, and we’ll provide you with metal plates free of charge for mounting magnetic cameras.
How strong is the magnet? Is the camera likely to fall off?
This camera features a magnetic mount with eight strong magnets inside. It has extremely powerful adsorption force and will stay securely attached during bumpy rides without slipping down.
The solar charging doesn't seem to work very well. How can I improve it?
Solar charging is supplemental – the camera still needs regular USB charging. Most magnetic solar cameras on the market use small solar panels, so charging efficiency is often limited. That's why we include a wired charger with every unit.
If you need more solar charging power, just let us know – we'd be happy to send you a larger 5V 2A solar panel at no extra cost.

The LEDs stay on for a long time after I turn off the screen – is that normal? It means it’s using a lot of power?
The LED lights around the camera lens only turn on in low-light conditions to activate the night vision feature; they emit very little light and consume very little power.
In addition, when the screen is turned off, the camera will enter low-power mode after a few minutes; in this mode, it can remain on standby for up to one month. It will automatically reconnect when the screen is turned back on.
